In the mid 1970′s I hired a recently retired woman to work part time in one of my fabric stores, it was her intention to supplement her fabric allowance by taking advantage of the substantial discount offered to employees by working just a few hours a week but within a short time she was working a 40 hour week plus overtime. she attributed her energy level and good health to the Apple Cider Vinegar she began taking for weight loss and she claimed that her overall health had improved tremendously within a few months of beginning her Apple Vinegar Weight Loss program.
This was the start of my fascination with uses for vinegar, an amazing substance which has thousands of uses and is capable of doing the jobs of many dangerous chemicals without damage to the environment
That former employee is still in good health and my fascination with vinegar is never ending.
